Requirements, deadlines and fees change every intake, so confirm on the university's page and DAAD before you apply. A counsellor will check your shortlist for free.
How it works
German master's programmes want a "closely related" bachelor's. We map your courses and degree to 38 subject areas, then compare them with each programme. Related fields (Electrical → Energy, CS → Data Science) count as partial fit.
Your CGPA becomes a German grade with the Modified Bavarian Formula. We compare it with what is typical for each kind of university: TU9 and research universities are stricter, universities of applied sciences and private universities more flexible.
The 16-year rule for master's, IELTS 6.5 for most English-taught programmes and German C1 for German-taught ones. AI then reads your actual courses and flags missing prerequisites programme by programme.
FAQ
Our counsellors curate 1,148 programmes at 217 German universities that Pakistani students apply to most, mostly taught in English. When you search, we also query the DAAD International Programmes database live and show those results separately, with links back to DAAD.
Text PDFs and pasted text are read on your device. If you tick "Let AI read my transcript", the file is sent securely to our AI provider for that one analysis and is not stored by us. We never extract names, roll numbers or CNIC numbers, and nothing is shared unless you send your matches to a counsellor on WhatsApp.
Yes, at many programmes. A 2.5 CGPA is about 3.3 on the German scale, which is below the typical cutoff at TU9 universities but realistic at many universities of applied sciences and private universities, especially with a strong subject match, IELTS 6.5 and work experience. Filter by "Good chance only" to see them.
Almost always. German master's programmes expect a bachelor's with about 240 ECTS. A 4-year BS/BE from an HEC-recognised university fits; a 2-year BA/BSc (14 years) usually does not. The finder checks this for you.
They are estimates to help you shortlist, based on patterns rather than official cutoffs. Universities decide individually and many weigh your SOP, projects and work experience. Use the result to build a balanced list of safe, target and ambitious programmes, then let a counsellor confirm it.
